Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal and follow the instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
